Bruxelles et Ixelles vont proposer aux graffeurs des panneaux d'expression le long du parcours fort prisé par les tagueurs qui va du centre-ville à l'ULB, en passant par la chaussée d'Ixelles. Opération en collaboration avec le musée d'Ixelles qui propose cet été une exposition sur le graffiti et l'art urbain ...
